“My journey began with a graduate placement with one of the large global accounting firms. I soon realised my desire and passion to work within the charity sector, which aligns more closely with my personal values. My career to date has involved a range of roles within the fields of project management, financial systems, and financial accounting, expertly preparing me for my current role as Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.”
What advice would you give to those looking to grow their career?
“Honest self reflection is one of the most valuable skills you will ever learn. Learn to ask for feedback from others. Grasp the opportunity to develop a peer network across different functions and directorates”.
