We are looking for a new team member as Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will be working as part of the Partnerships and Philanthropy team.
- Working hours: 35 hours / Mon - Friday.
- This is a hybrid role where you will work from home but also join the team for a day in the office on a weekly basis. Due to the nature of this role, you must also be willing to travel to the office at short notice as the role demands. We have offices in Horsham, West Sussex and Blackfriars in London. Hybrid working isn't a tick exercise for us - we live the values.

Here at RSPCA we know it's a cliche but no two days are the same, as a Corporate Partnerships Executive, we've added a short summary of what a typical day might look like, for a full insight please refer to the attached job description.
In this exciting role, your duties will include nurturing and growing a portfolio of corporate partnerships, acting as the key point of contact to ensure strong relationships and income generation.
You'll be developing tailored stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to promote a 'partnership culture' across the RSPCA. This includes representing the Corporate Partnerships team in meetings, managing communications, overseeing donations, and championing the effective use of our supporter database.
You'll also contribute to showcasing our partners in RSPCA communications, all while supporting larger projects and driving income growth in line with our strategic objectives.
- Previous experience in a commercial organisation, Account Management, Corporate Social Responsibility -OR- experience of managing relationships.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
- Confident with financial process and data manipulation
- Engaging communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Evidence of working in a team environment
- Knowledge of Google Suite is desirable
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the cause and aims of the RSPCA
- The ability to undertake planned travel, including overnight stays and weekend working
Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
