A bit about us

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Test Analyst.  The role is technical in nature and will involve reconciling data between source and target, testing API's, system integrations and data mappings with transformations.

You will work to and promote testing best practice throughout the Society, adhering to an established test strategy. Working collaboratively in BAU and project environments as required, you will ensure formal testing of systems, applications and data is undertaken and consistently delivered to a high standard.

With a keen eye for detail and knowledge of structured testing techniques, you will accurately capture the results of testing and raise detailed defect reports as appropriate, providing summary results to project managers and workstream leads.

In addition to System testing, you will also facilitate and coordinate UAT.  Including running workshops with users, mentoring them in the UAT lifecycle and capturing and processing any feedback that may need to be passed back to the project team. The role will be hybrid working from our South East Regional Hub in Horsham, West Sussex or our London Hub in Blackfriars with a high focus on remote working. Trips to our hub will be for core collaboration. Applicants must have knowledge using SOQL and/or SQL & Salesforce.

We role model our values through our people culture and keep connected through regular/daily check-in's and team meetings, your colleagues are always on hand to support or chat. It's important to us that you feel part of our team from the get go!

Are you ready to be part of our journey and make a difference?

Final note from us & good luck with your application!

We are really lucky that some of our roles attract a high level of interest and for this reason we review applications as they are received, unfortunately on some occasions this means roles may close earlier than advertised; so early submissions are highly recommended.

We want to ensure we do all we can to give you a positive candidate experience through our recruitment. Whilst we do try to give feedback where we can, sometimes due to receiving high levels of applications, this may not always be possible

We recognise that a diverse and inclusive workforce is essential to achieving our core mission. For this reason we actively encourage a wide diversity of applications - in particular from members of minority ethnic groups, and people with disabilities - as these candidates are currently under-represented at the RSPCA.

Should you need any support with your application or interview process please contact resourcingteam@rspca.org.uk
