We are looking for a new team member as a Digital Engagement Executive, you will be working as part of the Data & Insights team in a Permanent position.
- Working hours: 35 hours / Mon - Friday
- Hybrid role: Your base will be at Horsham West Sussex. Hybrid working isn't a tick exercise for us - we live the values, the expectation for this role will be 1 day per month and this is open to flex around you and the operation

Here at RSPCA no two days are the same, as a Digital Engagement Executive, we've added a short summary of what a typical day might look like, for a full insight please refer to the attached job description.
The key purpose of this role will be to develop innovative, digital communications that raise awareness, drive supporter engagement, establish long-term loyalty and increase return-on-investment (ROI) for our campaigns, communications and fundraising divisions.
This is a truly collaborative role, as our Digital Engagement Executive will work closely with a number of internal stakeholders to design and manage the full life cycle of their digital engagement communications. You will also work closely with the Digital Engagement Manager, our Executive will have the chance to deliver inspiring and high-quality communications, primarily through emails and digital messages and in the future via SMS messaging.
- Experience in copywriting and hypertext markup language (HTML)/Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) coding templates.
- Knowledge of and experience working on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Experience with Salesforce Marketing tools would be a bonus.
- Experience of working independently and as part of a team on multiple digital communication campaigns, delivering to tight deadlines, from implementing the planning stage through to completion.
- Experience effectively analysing key email marketing KPIs, producing and presenting reports to encourage use of data to inform future campaign improvements.
- Evidence of building and maintaining productive working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A good understanding of data protection regulations (DPA and GDPR).
Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
