We're looking for an Employee Experience Advisor to play a key role in creating a culture where colleagues and volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.
This is more than a HR role - it's an opportunity to influence meaningful change, champion inclusion, and help build an organisation where everyone can do their best work.
As part of our People & Culture team, you'll work in partnership with leaders, colleagues, and volunteers to bring our Employee Experience, Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion ambitions to life.
You'll help embed initiatives that strengthen our culture, support our people through change, and enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
Working hours: 35 hours / Monday – Friday
Location: Homebased
Hybrid role: Flexibility around you and the needs of the operation, travel into our London Hub may potentially be once per month or less for in person catch ups and connection.
It's important to us that you feel part of our team from the start. We like to keep in touch with regular check-ins and team meetings.

- Driving employee experience - Supporting the delivery of organisation-wide Employee Experience initiatives
- Employee relations - Providing expert guidance to managers and HR colleagues on employee relations matters
- Policies & ways of working - Help design and implement clear, inclusive, and compliant policies and processes
- Industrial relations - Support engagement with Trade Union representatives
- Diversity, equity & inclusion - Support the delivery of our EDI plan and embed inclusion across the organisation
- Engagement & culture - Support managers to build engagement plans that enable successful change
- Wellbeing & safeguarding - Help design campaigns, training, and events that put wellbeing front and centre
- Events & collaboration - Coordinate key events such as Pride, Impact Awards, and awareness days
You'll bring a blend of empathy, insight, and practical HR experience along with a genuine passion for creating inclusive, positive workplaces.
You might be:
- Experienced in employee relations, inclusion, or wellbeing
- Confident advising and influencing a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- A strong communicator who can handle sensitive situations with care and tact
- Data-driven - able to translate data into clear, compelling insights that inform decision-making and drive meaningful action.
- Experienced in Project management - Developing and managing project plans, tracking progress, risks and ensuring successful delivery.
You'll also have:
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Confidence working with data and insights
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A CIPD qualification (or working towards one)
