We are looking for a new team member as Operations Support Administrator.
- Working hours: 14 hours per week.
- You will be home based, working remotely. There may be the odd occasion where you are required to travel.
This role will be a 3 month fixed term contract.

The Operations Support Administrator undertakes support tasks to ensure the smooth and effective running of operational tasks within the Directorate. You will be responsible for administration responsibilities for the Society's 10 Regional Boards and will act as the initial point of contact for enquiries and respond to queries and questions.
Alongside this, you will participate in specific projects and make contributions to the Society's strategy, specifically the Animal Journey.
The Operations Support Administrator will also:
- Create and maintain administration processes for all key activities and new initiatives, providing reports and statistics when requested
- Administer private boarding establishment boarding invoices
- Administer Inspectorate Veterinary Assistance Vouchers scheme
- Administer Branch Care Contribution Fund scheme
- Administer new branch trustee welcome letters
- Manage responses to Subject Access Requests (SAR)
- Summary Animal Welfare Activity (SAWAs) - approving animal data spreadsheets received from branches.
A great Operations Support Administrator will have:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong stakeholder communication skills (at multiple levels of the organisation)
- Strong time management skills
- Experience of complaint resolution
- Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive situations both by telephone and in writing
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
- Ability to apply problem solving skills to investigate and resolve issues either within the Society or externally
- Experience of using Google Suite and/or other similar information systems.
Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
