We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care across a range of species, including small animals, wildlife, and exotics.
This role covers all aspects of veterinary nursing from tailored care planning, pain management, medication administration, and euthanasia, to advanced clinical tasks like fluid therapy, wound care, blood sampling and catheterisation. You'll assist with anaesthesia, surgery, and diagnostic imaging while maintaining high standards of hygiene, biosecurity, and animal handling.
Beyond clinical care, the role supports ongoing professional development and participation in community outreach and welfare programmes such as trap, neuter and return (TNR) and wildlife triage.
You'll be expected to contribute to audits, implement evidence-based veterinary practices, and help foster a supportive and sustainable working environment. As an advocate for animal welfare, you'll be at the heart of a collaborative clinical team, guiding animal care assistants and promoting best practice in both treatment and advocacy.
