We are looking for a new team member as a Video Producer.
- Working hours: 35 hours / Mon - Friday.
- Homebased: You will be based from home but there will be a requirement to travel to our hubs, sites and events when needed.
- A Full UK Drivers licence is essential for the post as travelling across the UK for filming is required for the role

Video content is essential for inspiring our millions strong movement and achieving the RSPCA's and with the growth of channels like YouTube, video is a key pillar of our engagement work and this role is essential in creating impactful, engaging content to inspire more people to support our work.
The Video Producer will create diverse visual media assets for various communication channels, maintaining the RSPCA's brand image and reputation. This person needs to be someone who can confidently oversee the entire production journey, developing ideas, taking briefs and finding innovative ways of bringing them to life on film.
The role will support the wider Marcomms engagement strategy as well as creating content for internal use. This role is home-based and focuses on filming across England and Wales. The ideal candidate will confidently manage the entire production process, from concept development and brief interpretation to innovative execution.
This role will be home-based primarily, but with extensive travel across England and Wales to capture the exciting video content that tells the RSPCA's story.
- Extensive video production experience - able to own a project and deliver emotive and engaging video content.
- Experience in a variety of production styles, from interviews, documentary style filming to fast paced productions, always on the look out for creative opportunities.
- Able to take complex or sensitive subjects and produce compelling video content.
- Ability to use a variety of high end video equipment, selecting the right tools to produce stunning videos of our work.
- A skilled editor, able to take a footage from a variety of sources and bring them together to meet a brief.
- Expertise in Motion Graphics is a bonus - our new brand has lots of exciting opportunities to bring them to life.
- Someone who enjoys working with a team, but loves the opportunity take a project and bring it to life, managing the end to end production process.
Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
