Our recruitment journey – key dates for you to note
Here's what the process looks like, no surprises, just a friendly guide:
1. Application
You'll be asked to upload your CV and Cover Letter, please ensure you clearly highlight your regional corporate fundraising experience. This is your chance to stand out and showcase your skill set and knowledge.
2. Virtual Panel Interview
If your application hits the mark, we'll invite you to attend a virtual interview via google meeting. You'll sit down with the Hiring Manager and another member of the team for a competency based interview. There will likely be a presentation task that we will ask you to complete for this which we send over the details to you beforehand. This is a chance to:
- Share more about what you've done and what you're proud of

- Show off your skills and behaviours in a relaxed, supportive setting
If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, just let us know - we're happy to support you.
