We're on the lookout for an experienced Mass Participation Manager to join our Community and Events team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our events team you will lead the evolution of the RSPCA mass participation portfolio. You will be responsible for driving the success of established products like One Fun Day and 50 Miles while simultaneously working with our Innovation Team to pilot fresh and exciting concepts.
By collaborating with internal experts and external partners you will bring these events to life through high impact integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with a national audience.

We believe in transparency and a stress-free experience. Here is a quick look at what you can expect.
Application

Virtual Panel Interview
If your application hits the mark, we'll invite you to attend a virtual interview via google meeting. You'll sit down with the Hiring Manager and another member of the team for a competency based interview.
