Senior project manager - Integrity and welfare (3510)
RSPCA Assured is celebrating 32 years of improving the lives of farmed animals.
In that time, we're proud to have worked with thousands of farmers – and all of the UK's biggest supermarkets – to help make the lives of millions of animals better. Every year, we inspect more than 4,000 farms and other scheme members to ensure they meet strict RSPCA animal welfare standards, helping to give farm animals a better life.
When you see an RSPCA Assured label on meat, fish, eggs or milk products, it means the animal was cared for according to the RSPCA's standards from birth to slaughter. Our vision is a world where all farmed animals are respected and treated with kindness and compassion – and that's what we work towards every day.
We're now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Integrity and Welfare to join our Impact and Insights team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex, organisation-wide projects that will help strengthen the integrity of our scheme, improve animal welfare outcomes and transform the way we work.
You'll play a key role in delivering innovative projects that drive meaningful and sustainable change across RSPCA Assured, working with colleagues and stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into practical solutions that make a difference.
- Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Location: Hybrid working from either our London or Horsham hub with a home-based approach and occasional travel as required.
Our teams stay connected through regular check-ins and meetings, and colleagues are always on hand to chat. It's important to us that you feel part of our supportive team from the beginning.
Are you ready to bring your project management expertise to an organisation that's working to make a positive difference for farm animals?
We expect this role to attract significant interest, so we strongly encourage early applications to avoid missing out. The closing date: 20th October 2026.
